Whoa, that's a big statement. But it's totally true.

Here's how it goes.

When Andrew and Wendy first considered going on "that expensive Star Wars thing at Disney", they knew it would be more fun to go with friends. Those friends had to be special, and they immediately thought of Katt and Dennis Adams. The foursome voyaged multiple times, and when the Starcruiser closed, they pooled their expertise (cooking, playwriting, graphic design, and engineering) to create the Galactic Dinners you've enjoyed.

So where does Vance fit in?

The Vogels and the Adamses were separately fans of Vance's music when Covid hit but the couples had never met. As venues for live music disappeared overnight, career musician Vance found himself without anyone to play for. He started his weekly Acoustic Pajama Party, a Monday night YouTube where he plays to a dedicated group of fans, including both the Adamses and the Vogels. Instant online friends, the couples met when Vance came to Cincinnati and played a private concert at The Watchful Owl (the intimate performance venue hidden in the Vogel's basement) for 40 fans, and the Adamses drove down from Wisconsin to see their favorite musician perform. Online friends became actual friends, and when the Vogels needed Star Wars travel buddies, Katt and Dennis were the first phone call.
