Zombie Pattycake

Once upon a time when we were dead
And you know just wandering around
Biting and eating everybody
just about had it with you Betsy
All over town
Not a lot of brain function
At the spinal cord junction
So we amble and we stumble
And make the strangest of sounds

With all that tromping and marauding
And the human smorgasbord
And other zombie business
A zombie surely can get bored
So when 2 Zombies face each other
And bump foreheads it’s no mistake
It’s the perfect opportunity
For some Zombie Pattycake

Zombie Pattycake
Clap the back of both hands
Then the right, then the left
Then the wrist of your friend
You hope your arms remain attached
And your elbows bon’t break
That’s how we enjoy ourselves -
With some Zombie Pattycake

Now, I think I ate the sailor
That went to sea, sea, sea
He tasted kinda salty
At least he did to me
And I recall the baker
Baking as fast as he can
I have on good authority
He was the sweetest old man

Yes, we have lowered expectations
When we try to dance
Cause if you step on someone’s foot
They bound to lose they pants
And as if trousers coming down
Wasn’t the worst mistake
When your leg come clean off with them
Time for Zombie Pattycake
(Chorus)

Zombie Pattycake
Clap the back of both hands
Then the right, then the left
Then the wrist of your friend
It’s the safer recreation option
When the dead are awake
That’s how we enjoy ourselves -
With some Zombie Pattycake

So if you ever wake up
And you find yourself dead
And you and your Zombie friends
Walking ‘round scratching your head
And looking for entertainment
In which you all can partake
Pick you a Zombie partner
And play some Zombie Pattycake

Zombie Pattycake
Clap the back of both hands
Then the right, then the left
Then the wrist of your friend
We gave up on break dancing
Cause, well, duh!!

(repeat)

Been some suggestion of
Taking up arm wrestling
But there’s just too much at stake…
so we go with this option
We play some zombie patty cake
