THE NEW ACTION MOVIE

I watch action movies.

I know, right?

Peacenik tofu acoustic negroid myself loves the Matt Damon “Bourne” movies, most of the Liam Neeson’s “Taken” jams, and Denzel Washington in all three of the “Equalizem” (plural?)”. I love the dance - um I mean fight - scenes and all of their plot justifications. A psychologist friend of mine that once said that her infatuation with “the Godfather” and “The Sopranos” was to get a simultaneous release and fill of such pychopathy and that somehow the was healthy. I’m going with that.

But I have 2 movie ideas. The first is a Marvel kinda deal where Liam, Matt, and Denzel all team up to vanquish some foe or another...right? See what I’m saying? You know you agree!! I could call it “Bourne, Taken and Equalized”.

Tell me how cool would that be? OMG I’m going to be rich. And make it a comedy. Or maybe Anais Mitchell help me make it into a musical!!

Another out of this idea is to take all the co-stars that survived or helped out in these movies and make them into a fighting force:

~ Alina and Ralphie from the Equalizer,
~ the guys on the fishing boat that originally saved Bourne,
~ and Liam Neeson’s daughter in Taken (even tho she looked to be 38 when she played that teen in the original),

...and have them meet up in some training and teach them all Kung Fu and give them a movie to save their kidnapped mentors who are held...see? Again...gold for me.

You are so lucky I’m slumming it here with all these folk acoustic folks and such.

PS Imagine a cameo by Jason Stratham as an ice cream vendor serving it to Queen Latifa, both of them saying “They never called me (shrug)...”
