Thursday, 6/23, The Turning Point, Piermont, NY

Once my head deflates a few sizes, I'll be just outside of NY City in Piermont, NY at the Turning Point.  Steve Forbert, Richie  Havens, Richard Shindell, Rodney Crowell, John Hammond, Dan Bern, all consider this their "just outside of NY" home room to do their more intimate shows. This fabulous little club was one of the first name music places outside of New England to hire me. Even with the name folks playing here listed above, they keep having me back. Parking is easy, food is great.

I know nothing about this venue, except they seek accreditation as a Green Sanctuary Church. That's plenty good for me. Come find out what this place is about along with me, will you? A UU Church coffeehouse means coffee, tea, cookies, music, and a low key way to do your Saturday evening.
