Yes. This.
You gave money. You have great faith and trust in me. How do I start to thank you? Here’s what I've done with it so far:

- Covid in the house of engineer Sam Margolis, owner of Riverview Sound, has set us back a week or so, cause I had Berklee’s head of the Gospel and Organ department Dennis Montgomery lined up. He’ll come in a few weeks hence, to round out the rhythm sectionness.

- Grammy Award winner Lori McKenna comes in for harmony vocals next Tuesday night.

- Joey Dalton (from Good Good Man) and Amy Malkoff (my web ma’am and crack harmony vocalist) do Wednesday night.

- Nando Michelin on piano, me on vocals, and *that’s it* on my tour de force I Hope He’s The One This Time Thursday nite. I’ve known of Nando on the jazz scene in Boston for many years, but it was a few successive Christmas services at a friend’s UCC Church where we laid out Oh Holy Night. I vowed we’d record something someday. That someday is here.

- Wynter Pingel on the sweetest concertina on a tune I’m not telling you which yet.

- Maeve Gilchrist plays jazz bebop harp later in this month or in June on Bad For Me. Jazz Harp, I swear, with her expertise, it’ll be a consummate riot.

- The other horns and piano will be recorded and played by Joe Mennonna. Yes he will play all the woodwinds and brass. Piano too. I swear, this alum of the Bacon Brothers and Tom Rush bands is frightening.

- You heard of The Brothers Landreth? Think Subdudes from Canada. Joey Landreth from that band will be on guitar in June.

- Drummer Marco Giovino (Tom Jones, Nora Jones, Patty Griffin, Robert Plant) and bassist Craig Akin (Red Molly, everybody,) round out my rhythm section.

Did i say thank you? Now lemme get back to recording...
