THINGS I FIND SLIGHTLY UNBELIEVABLE

- OK, it was produced in 1996, still, the Story Channel doing a series on The Great Ships and having a whole hour on “Schooners” and never ever mentioning the Slave Trade for a second is kinda slightly unbelievable.

- (My Doctor in a made-up unbelievable scenario): “Ohhh I’m so glad that commercial is on TV every ten minutes otherwise I would never have even knowed about that drug they advertised that you want to take for the thing you have.

I’m so grateful for these commercials cause they advertise so much a tell you about the fix an that's how I find out.
Hmmmmm I wonder why it’s so expensive... Must be made of gilded platypus testicle hair...yeah that’s it"

- (Actual joke on my just purchased superglue box): “Why did the superglue go to the networking event? Because it was looking to make come stick-y connections...” Yes, unbelievably, I had to look up “sticky connections” to learn that it’s a thing.

- Unbelievable that saxophonist David Sanborn is gone. You’ve heard him but you just don’t know it. His solo on Donny Hathaway’s “Someday We’ll All Be Free” is how I would sing if I was a saxophone.

- The Xfinity commercial where the little granddaughter asks her elderly ex-fighter pilot grandpa about the reunion: “Are they coming?” and he replies “The few of us that are left” and, well, I’ll include this in the link below, but yeah not being a war airplane modeler and most of you prolly not having cable, still I unbelievebly weep - every. time. this. commercial. plays. https://youtu.be/PpvLye7fOT4?si=_hspo8LEhq-z8kvo
