Philly, Connecticut, Long Island, PA again, and Two Maryland Shindigs

Well, here's a fine batch of Vance performances coming up if I do say so myself..

Friday, February 10, 2012
Psalm Salon
5841 Overbrook Avenue
Philadelphia, PA

Hosted by Philly folk impresario Gene Shay, this'll be my first time at this noteworthy place to play.

Saturday, February 11, 2012
Vanilla Bean Cafe
Routes 44,169 & 97
Pomfret, CT

I just love saying "Pomfret"... Another stalwart venue that scheduling finally has allowed me to play. I hear the food is to die for, and there are local B&Bs for those who want a nice weekend getaway!

Sunday, February 12, 2012
Stony Brook Student Union
University Cafe
100 Nicolls Road
Stony Brook, NY

A 2pm show!! You can be back home in time for something on PBS, or something!!

Wednesday, February 15, 2012
Weis Center for Performing Arts-Bucknell University
419 Market Street
Lewisburg, PA

This will be a great day, as I visit classrooms at the college in the day, then I play the show at night. The show is free, yet they have me listed as "Live Jazz"...OK, if you say are,

Friday, February 17, 2012
Stoltz at the Avalon Theatre
40 East Dover Street
Easton, MD

This little upstairs room at the Avalon Theatre is one of my absolute "homes". Food here is good too. It'll be a great intimate evening, but the place is small, so you should get tickets early...

Sunday, February 19, 2012
Arts Barn | Concert for Canines
311 Kent Square Road
Gaithersburg, MD
Hey DC area folks!! After what I've been through with Roscoe, do you think I couldn't/wouldn't play a benefit for the Lost Dog and Cat Rescue Foundation? I have a song that has been played out only once before call "My Dog's Best Friend Is A Cat" that will only be heard here.

The new blog is up too should you decide to click through ( And as I always say, if you can't make it to the show, or you live nowhere near any of these venues, please tell someone that does. I swear like 25 - 30% of folks at my shows recently were "suggested to come" by someone they got told by (don't you love fractured English sentences that end with a preposition...?)

Thanks, see you at a show, and Peace to you...
