ME AND SNOOP

You can interpret this dream any way you like, but there I was playing some large college festival, and the backstage was the basement of a dorm. I had just come in from my set, and I see lots of famous folks sitting on a couch along the wall. There’a a table of snacks. I head straight to the Cheez-Its don’t judge me.

Snoop Dogg was in a white track suit with blue pinstripes, sporting gold stuff and gilded sunglasses. He gave me a nod, which I interpreted as “Nice set, my Schizzle.”

Next I was changing my shirt in this huge bathroom, and there was Snoop, fully clothed, totally still, in that same track suit, in the tub, lying face up, the water just high enough to make a little oval air meniscus, allowing his mouth and nose access to breathe, and as I put my fresh shirt on Snoop asks from his meditative water entombment “Hey Vance, my brother - what do you do for your relaxation when you‘re not doing music?”

I went on my typical evangelistic tirade about building and flying rubber band-powered, tissue-covered, free flying model aircraft, my cinematographic movie dream-mind panning back and out of the room as I was in mid-explanation, soft focus, fin. I woke up.

This has got to be seen as a good dreamizzle, right, my Schizzles?
